Customer support is really helpful, available to answer any concern within short time. even if it is not within their radar, they can guide you to take the right steps. App functionality is perfect. highly recommend.

So far the customer service has been great. I have not had any sales yet from the app but I am hopeful. Karishma has been on top of it! She replies usually immediately and sends screenshots for additional help.

I used this app to create customized recommendations. I had some trouble with uploading the CSV but the support I received from the WISER was timely and helpful. They said that they would be available to help anytime in the future should I have problems later.
