Neo was really helpful in sorting out a problem with the mappings on one of our two accounts. I recommend using the chat facility to get a faster response if you have any issues.

This app saves me a lot of time by automatically creating Xero invoices for my monthly Shopify & Paypal Xero bank reconciliations. Simple to set up but also really configurable. Hard to fault. And any issues are almost immediately resolved by the support team.

Very good app if you have lots of reconciliations to do, easy to use.
If from some reason something goes wrong, which happens rarely, there is a help line with a speedy reply.
