Really enjoy the simplicity of Reconcile.ly. I tried a few other apps for Xero integration but none had as smooth a setup process and exactly what I needed, which was a simple and reliable integration. I've also been impressed by the alerting - where there is an amount if cannot reconcile, it proactively let's you know and guides you through resolving any mismatch, which was very useful and helped improved our data quality!

It now just does it's magic in the background saving hours of work each week. Would definitely recommend for simple and reliable Xero integration.

Works well to reconcile our Shopify payments to Xero. Also, very responsive and helpful support team.

I use Shopify for online sales and Point of Sale and used to dread the Shopify aspect of my quarterly VAT (tax) return. Have now been using this app since April, and am saving hours, possibly days, of manual input each month. 100% recommended! Customer support has also been fast and friendly. SO pleased this app was recommended to me. Definitely give it a try!

Really good app, certainly the most stable and cost effective for pulling data through to Xero. Team are really quick to respond and provide great help when it is needed.

We use Reconcile.ly to export online orders to Xero via Shopify and Paypal gateway and 99% of the time the sync is perfect. For the 1% that end up with issues, the support team at Reconcile.ly are fantastic and very responsive. Eric has helped me out a number of times with queries of varying complexity, quickly correcting any glitches or doing research on my most recent harder query on exchanges. Definitely recommend this app for Shopify/Xero integration.

The functionality of the app is good. We run 3 different shopify stores and the app is pivotal in porting our sales over to Xero as an invoice record for our daily reconciliation. We ran into some issues with billing spanning late 2022 to now but thankfully Eric and the team were able to resolve this and get us back on track and assist with invoice mapping to ensure we imported correct data.

I’m sorry you had this experience with the app. Stability is one of our staples, and sometimes things can certainly get in the way should Xero APIs not play nice, as is the case whenever we attempt to collect ledger accounts if the API is down. This can cause unforeseen results in which our only option is to react.

The extreme majority of our customers don’t experience the volume of bugs you are describing, which is why I’d like to followup to understand your issues a little better and solve them for you.

It seems you also have open support tickets. It would be ideal to be able to solve your support tickets and resolve this for you.

App works great and allows me to get product volumes into Xero so I can run additional reports. Customer service is up there with the best. Any problems are solved within minutes.
