I did not know how to use the funnel and tried various ways with help, but could not get it to work, so I contacted support.
I did so, and CHALENE responded immediately.
charlene's response was very prompt and she was very attentive and detailed in her support.
She also took in what we wanted to do and helped us set it up, which we appreciated.
