I was walked through everything and was super happy with my experience. Gives a business owner confidence to know you have a reliable company supporting you! extremely responsive customer service. Konstantin is awesome to work with! I highly recommend the app and its service. However, just be aware of their pricing chart as they charge you by your store orders instead of the orders generated by the app.

I reached out to ReConvert's Customer Support team after noticing that some orders appeared to bypass my upsell funnel. Alex responded quickly and investigated the matter. It turned out to be a PayPal issue so Alex provided some information for me to follow up with PayPal. I was very impressed by the service Alex provided and I'm happy to recommend the ReConvert app.

It's early days to know if ReConvert helps us with extra sales or not but it's obviously really well thought through, looks beautiful, integrates incredibly well. If anything has a chance of making more sales this one must be in with a shout.
Also, the developers are giving us a chance. They don't want $xxx per month after a few days. If more devs. had this attitude, I'm sure they would do even better. Oh, and the videos are clear and concise which is a great bonus.
