Excited to give the app a try. Seem to be a great choice. With the help of Saumya from Reconvert I felt so excited for what comes next. She is so patient and willing to help. She pretty much a solution to what I need. Thank you so much.. Highly recommended.

Very flexible upsell customisation and a super friendly and proactive support team to help through any issues. Saumya specifically was proactively checking all settings to make sure that nothing was missed or would cause confusion to customers. Without Saumya's attention to detail and help there would have been 3 issues with the way I'd configured the application. Really made me smile having someone so helpful making this easy to fix.

Being a fairly new user of ReConvert, i was still a little bit confused by how the app works despite watching youtube videos.

I then went to chat with customer support and I would like to thank Riya for solving my issues. I understand that it is not easy working as customer support as they have so many queries from different clients to answer to.

But nonetheless, Riya was very patient in assisting me throughout the whole time and her replies were very prompt as well despite me being away at times.
