DISGUSTED WITH THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THIS APP.......CHARGED ME £50 FOR NO REASON....THEN SAID THEY'D REFUND IF I REMOVED THE BAD REVIEW.....THEY ASKED ME TO RE INTALL THE APP THEN THEY COULD ISSUE THE REFUND. NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT DO THIS...THEY THEN CHARGED ME ANOTHER £25 THE FOLLOWING MONTH. SO NOW IM £75 DOWN....TOTAL RIP OFF.....AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Very intuitive app to use, very similar to building your Shopify shop itself. Well designed and a responsive support team ready to answer any questions you may have!

Until now it appears to be really really great. Let's see it working! (It's really nice the potential it have, a lot of widgets!)

I would recommend this app because they have amazing customer support. I was confused on some things and Alex from the live support got back to me within seconds and walked me through everything. This is a phenomenal App. This affordable app provides amazing marketing, upselling, and cross selling opportunities. The developers have truly thought through every aspect on this app. After installing it, the set up is very easy because of the outstanding explanation videos. And the chat support is truly great. I highly recommend to anyone.

So far so good...... Overall the app does exactly what is states and suits all of my requirements. I would however recommend a few tweaks for usability as some of the steps required to complete some of the actions can be long a little tedious. I have been dealing with Konstantin who has hand held me through the process and the whole team at Reconvert are easily contactable and supportive. Highly recommend this app if you are looking for a post sale upsell or cross sell feature in your thank you page.

This app really works, the customer engagement is high since it on the final thank you order page. Having a good thank you page will help your business brand as well.

Great Upsell App and the Best Support! Honestly, this app does more than it should be for the fact that it has a free plan. It is definitively a MUST when it comes to choosing the right Upsell App. A feature I would like to specifically address, is the Trigger Feature which displays certain upsells when certain criteria is met during the checkout process. It is really amazing as it allows me to upsell the customer on the same product or similar product to that the costumer ordered, which really can be a true game changer when it comes to raising the AOV. Even though, a had a little bug with the Trigger Feature, thanks to the amazing Support from Vladimir and the Developer Team, the issue has been fixed in less than 24 hours. Overall, great app, great communication & an amazing team. 10 out of 5 ⭐
