Je suis en train de configurer mon tunel de vente, Tout est en anglais, donc pas facile pour un francophone. Je cherchais où trouver mon formullaire pour créer mon enquête de satisfaction. En une capture d'écran , Alex de Reconvert m'a montré où me rendre et j'ai été débloqué et mon problème résolu.

This app makes it super easy to show your customers a highly customizable "Thank You" page after finishing their purchase. You can add surveys, videos, related product with reviews, and offer flash discounts to incentivize them to buy more products before leaving your site.
The best part is that you can set up "triggers" to display different Thank You pages depending on products info, order info, customer details, and more.
I'd love to see more integrations with other product upsell, reviews, and email marketing apps. Nonetheless, highly recommend!

Easy to install and set up. I had one small Q and received help (from an actual person!) straight away. He also then checked everything was working, which was v reassuring for someone with zero tech experience! Thanks again. Edit 1 year later: the app is working really well and certainly improves my conversion! Highly recommended. Edit 2: Two years later and the app is still working great! The customer service is always fast and efficient. One of the best apps out there.
