I had barely started looking into the notification before Alex popped into the chat and offered assistance. Come to find out the notification was due to a glitch and all systems were running smoothly. Even still, Alex offered some optimizing suggestions to the funnel that i had created and even implemented them for me. Thanks for having such a responsive customer service.

I had a notification that my reconvert wasn't working and I did not set it up as I am not tech savy. I messaged the team and they looked into it the issue. They said I didn't need to do anything but the message is still showing Thanks so much

EDIT:- It is impossible for the ReConvert App to charge without prior approval. I tried reaching out to solve your issue via email and phone but got no reponse.
