ReConvert Upsell et Cross Sell

Saumya her support was great.

Even did some logical suggestions with regards to store improvements.

All in all great.

Support always seem to be able to help when i have questions or issues! Riya got my problem fixed and even improved my offers.

I did however like the previous look of the offers before the update, but none the less, this is the best PPU app out there.

Alex was amazing at how quickly he helped me get my upsells set up. I love how it works. The only thing I would like to see is a customizable text box along the way for the customer. Alex said it is in the works and put me on a email list for when this is completed. This seems to be the best upsell I have come across in months. Riya was excellent at helping me resolve a couple issues I was still encountering. The service with this app is great! Thank you!

The support team at ReConvert Upsell & Cross Sell truly sets the bar high. UPDATE: IT'S BEEN FEW MONTHS UNINSTALLING THEY ARE STILL CHARGING YOU EVERY MONTH MINIMUM OF 4.04£ totally CRAZY.

complete scammers. they take money from your store even though their app doesn't work "Riya" especially ignored me for weeks even though I told her the app is not working on my store. they said they would fix it and 1 week later I texted again they forgot, but they did not forget to charge me for 5-7 dollars because I had sales. "Shafta" is talking as if it was my fault and she only replies when they charge you some kind of money. Complete rip off. (The upsell app does not even show for my clients btw) total disappointment. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We've used ReConvert on our Shopify store for years. We had a lot of success with time sensitive upsells. Everything was easy to set up and always ran smoothly. I was trying to add a new upsell today and couldn't figure out how to make it do what I wanted it to do. I thought it was a function of me being too stupid to live, so I missed with it for hours before contacting support. I'm so glad I did! I typed one sentence and Riya immediately told me what the problem was. The whole process took less than two minutes. If only all customer service was like that.

The customization options are excellent, and the features have increased our revenue. Special thanks to Saumya for exceptional support—quick, patient, and helpful. Highly recommend!

I recently had the chance to use this app, but my experience was far from satisfactory. One major issue I encountered is the company behind the app. Unfortunately, they seem to lack transparency and reliability in their customer engagement.
A particular area of concern is the invoices sent out to customers. I strongly advise anyone using this app to double-check the invoices you receive—they may contain discrepancies. This lack of attention to detail and clear communication leaves a lot to be desired.
While the app itself might serve its purpose in some respects, the poor customer management practices overshadow its potential. It's disappointing to encounter such a lack of accountability.
For anyone considering this app, proceed with caution, and ensure you keep an eye on your billing details. Transparency and reliability are crucial, and sadly this company falls short.
