Great, easy-to-use app for reconverting purchasers. The ReConvert developers are also very forthcoming with recommendations for how to get the most from their tools, and for other apps that are genuinely helpful. I've used this on two stores now and both are working well.

I had some questions about the app and worked with Ashley on the chat support to have all my issues resolved and questions answered. Each answer was thoughtful and if I had any additional questions Ashley was sure to answer every one.
