Great app. Includes everything I'd ever need for my post-purchase sales funnel.
I was confused as to how to set up triggers correctly but I contacted customer service and Lee-ann helped me understand this feature better. I use reconvert for basically all of my businesses, including this one I just started.

Esta app aumento mis ventas, el problema es que no hay contenido en español para aprender, sin embargo Takunda de soporte envio una solicitud para que se habilitaran tutoriales en español!! :D

I have had this app connected for a couple of months, and it does help to encourage an upsell or an add-on to the original sale. I appreciate that you have a free option to allow your customers to learn how to use your product and the training videos are also a great help. I found it easy to set up after watching the videos.
