A total newbie and needed the standard discount rate adjusted - which I couldn't find - then Ash quickly responded and helped me out! Great CS employee I would say ;)

I just started building the first flows in the app, and I can say there is a lot of room for improvement.
when it comes to highlights, it would be amazing customer support as Saumya is a huge help for me during onboarding to the app! She is not there just to answer on all of my questions and assist me during work, but also proactively checking on a process

Diese App wird nicht deinen Umsatz, sondern deinen Gewinn steigern!!! Wer diese App nicht in seinem Shop hat lässt buchstäblich Geld auf der Straße liegen!!! Nonostante le limitazioni di Shopify, si riesce ad utilizzare molto bene (meglio la versione vecchia per alcune cose) e sicuramente l'assistenza clienti è davvero di aiuto (sia Riya che Alex!)
