I had a question about availability of a feature and Alex was super helpful. He offered to check my funnel to see of it can be improved and within minutes he was able to make some changes (he did them for me) to provide a better user experience. Great customer service! Highly recommend!

The app is very easy to use and we're already seeing extra sales using the post purchase upsell feature

I have not started the sales yet so I do not know what is the performance of this app but so far it has integrated with my store very efficiently.

This seems like a great app. i just tested it and it seems to run smooth too. one thing i would love to know is:
I am setting up a 'product upsell'. when people purchase, I want to give them 10 minutes to add a special item to their cart before we package the order - this way if they take the up-sell we are not paying for shipping an additional item separately. My issue is that when we 'fulfill' the orders, an email goes to that person and they can click 'view your order'. then they get the special discount without having to pay shipping. is there a way to make re-convert only show the custom order page directly after an order is processed (and not show up for people viewing the order page from other links etc.?)

Top APP. It works perfectly. WE change the thank you page personalizing the experience for each different product. The support is also very responsive and helpful

I used this app to configure my Thank You page and it's pretty neat. Easy to use. Got to see how it performs in the long term but initial results look good.
