Just installed the App and not tested yet but I can tell that Reconvert customer service is really quick and impressive. Looking forward for tones of Upsells.

I was able to download, make the necessary adjustments and BOOM, I was done! ReConvert was easy to to set up without issue! Thanks for making it super simple.

Just installed the app and trying it out. Really like the features and possibilities I can envision with this app so far. Should help with customer loyalty and branding. Also already had a couple of questions. I used the chat option in the app and was responded to several times within 15 minutes. So far so good.

My review is about ReConvert's customer service. I'm blown away. After struggling to set up another upsell app for 2 hours - I added ReConvert. Within 5 minutes, Alex was chatting with me and setting everything up FOR ME! All I did was answer basic questions and he went to work. 20 minutes later, I am all set up and am one very happy, and impressed, customer. So glad I made the switch.
