Awesome customer service, shoutout to Vladimir. This app is great and I think every store should have this set up. This gives your customer a chance to interact with your site and make another purchase instead of just leaving your site after checkout. Also if they come back to check on their order they get offers too. Thank you sooo much.

It only took 5 minutes to set up - needed some help and alex answered via chat immediately, helped me out and just made the experience perfect.
