ReConvert UpSell en CrossSell

Ayant eu besoin de revenir à l'ancienne version de ReConvert afin de suivre correctement mon tuto pour finaliser la mise en place de ma boutique.
J'ai pû contacter Anastasia qui s'est avéré être extrèmement réactive, gentille et professionnelle dans sa façon de m'apporter de l'aide.
Je suis très content d'avoir pû bénéficier de ce service et je recommande à 100%.

Ich bin wirklich beeindruckt von Reconvert! Der Support ist einfach erstklassig - schnelle Antworten, hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Die App selbst ist fantastisch. Sie ist unglaublich einfach zu bedienen, was für mich ein großer Pluspunkt ist. (Deutsche Version wäre noch toll :)) Die Kosten sind ebenfalls überschaubar, was sie auch für kleinere Unternehmen attraktiv macht.

Die eingebauten Umfragen sind ein großartiges Feature, und ich freue mich darauf, dass sie noch weiter optimiert werden. Ein großes Highlight ist das riesige Update, das kürzlich veröffentlicht wurde. Ich bin sehr gespannt, welche neuen Funktionen und Verbesserungen es mit sich bringt. Insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte App für jeden Shopify-Shop!

Le servive est rapide et efficace. J'ai rencontré un problème avec l'application et Alex a été réactif et a su trouver une solution. J'étais à 2 doigts de noter 1 étoile. Après ce service et l'efficacité, je mets une note de 5. Merci au support et encore merci Alex :-)

I have used ReConvert for years. It's good. It works. HOWEVER. Reconvert has made a big move to push its customers to upgrade to the new ReConvert. Do NOT upgrade.

The basic features of the app simply do not work in their current state. There are a ton of bugs. Upgrading has caused me many headaches in attempting to fix problems and find workarounds for things that worked before without any issues. Basic features simply don't work.

They rolled out this update way too early and should walk it back. When you install Reconvert there will be a large popup and banner claiming:

"A new ReConvert is available!

Upgrade to the new ReConvert now to enjoy improved performance, design and all the exciting new features we have to offer."

Save yourself the time and headache and stick with the original version.

I have sent my bugs to the dev team. Hopefully, they fix them soon. I'll update this review when they do and the "new and improved" ReConvert actually works.
