An awesome app that solved a huge problem for me. I've had a need for awhile to have a post-purchase form be filled out. ReConvert handles this beautifully. Also, the custom thank you pages can be "customized" by product. Add in the video for instructions and this app is a winner!

I found out about Reconvert today and I needed help clarifying so many things! I went onto live chat and spoke to Alex and he was AMAZING! He helped me understand every little detail and I am so happy with his customer service. He made the process so easy. I may have asked a few things twice but he was so patient with me. Not shopify plus,the use of functionality is very restricted,whether or not the orders traded through this app are charged a monthly basic service fee,compared to other apps of the same type of upsell to be a lot more expensive,do not recommend!
