Easy to use, and very effective on our store. The post purchase pop up has been great for us. Once you see how it works for your store, I recommend switching over to the annual plan to avoid any additional charges. Customer service was excellent too! Super happy with this app :)

The best customer service ever! I had a spectacular onboarding experience with Saumya. I wasn't familiar with the platform so she offered extensive help to set up all the flows we needed. Shafta has been very responsive to my inquiries and provided clear communication. As for the platform overall, we haven't had much upsell so I'm trying to figure out how to ramp up so that the app lives up to its promise.

Wow, the support team at ReConvert is AMAZING. They're responsive and super helpful. The app is great too. I was using a different post-checkout upsell app that was way too expensive and didn't provide a positive ROI. I love ReConvert's billing system where they take a small cut per every order they help generate. That's fair and scaleable for smaller and larger stores. Super easy to use and intuitive too!

This app is great!! Just started using it and love how straight forward and customizable everything is. But what really stands out is the support team, Ashley from Reconvert really helped me understand the app and get things set up. She was super helpful and made things easy for me to understand - really liked how she provided screenshots.

It was difficult at first to set everything up and learn the UI, but once you understand how everything works, this app does wonders! Much needed upsell app and excellent customer service.

post checkout conversions appear to be working. not the most user friendly interface for a novice, but its manageable.

I had some changes I needed to make to my account and Ashley in the Chatbox was very quick in her response time and genuinely cared for what I needed. Really appreciate this companies customer service.
