What an incredible app! This is a no-brainer, guys. Any decent store owner MUST put this app on their store - otherwise you're leaving SO much money on the table! Thank you, Eric & team, for developing this amazingness and making it available so inexpensively! :)

I honestly had one of the better customer experiences with this app. Emailed them at about 12 am and got a complete answer at around 12:20. Not only that, the live support while you are creating the template is incredibly helpful and responsive.
PS many thanks to Anton for his helpful and quick responses.

We use it on 1 store (US traffic) but not on our main one. Their pricing isn't based on revenue but on total orders. Unfortunately they even "charge" for unpaid orders which are a large % of orders in markets like Brazil which have an offline boleto system.
I pointed out this model doesn't make sense in markets such as Brazil but the question was ignored. Second time I asked they basically said tough luck. Short sighted.
EDIT: They reached out and we have agreed a workaround for boletos and installed on the 2nd store.
