Easy to setup and support was there to answer all questions. The trigger based templates make it really useful for making offers/cross-sells on various product types

It is a very useful app, I love it, it has many functions for upsells and its customer service is very good

Amazing and genius! A seamless method to recommend your customers other products you have to offer. The chat support is almost immediate. This is an essential app for every Shopify store.

After a day, I have gained one upsell. Very quick and easy to set up. Have just used the Monster Upselling template - as it's called.

I mainly got this app for the order tracking feature as it links directly with 17track, allowing my customers to see more detail about the whereabouts of thier order, after purchase. Since doing this, I have had fewer emails from customers asking where their order is.
