This is a very well thought out and conceived app designed to do one thing, help you sell more to your customers post-purchase. We all know retaining an existing customer is easier than finding new customers and this app can really help with that.

Most importantly it does what it says. I installed this app last week and am already seeing a few customers taking advantage of the post-purchase upset offers.

- None to speak of.

Neutral:
- Because there are so many customizations it can take a while to explore all the options and configure everything. It is worth the effort as you can do it once and forget about it... or change offers each month/quarter if you like.

I recently downloaded this app to help my drive up more sales. I literally just installed it so I can't say if this helps or not, but I do want to say that their customer service is superb.
