ReConvert Upsell y Cross Sell

I needed support for my custom items and Alex was super helpful. I own a gift shop where you can personalize just about any item. When a customer would make a purchase using the upsell feature, the customization options were not showing up at all. I had to email the customer separately and ask them how they wanted to customize their items. It's listed for them to do so on my website, but if they use the app and make a purchase through the app, what they requested disappears. Alex was very knowledgeable and explained things to me so that I know how to use the feature on my store without it affecting the Customer's experience. Thanks Alex!

Some of the best customer service I've experienced thus far for any app here on the shopify market place, Alex was very quick to reply to my inquiries and provided solutions that were straight to the point.

I'd like to mention Anastasia as well, who helped me out in the past for a different shop with some valuable insights that helped overcome the learning curve that comes with getting up and running with the app.

We've been using this app for our two brands for a while now and have seen some pretty good results thus far.

I had been working on this app, I'm not sure how long and I had no idea what I was doing. Someone from their team set up the entire thing for me. Whew, the less stress while starting a business really helps me. Thank you. Adding to this review again. The customer service for this app is top tier so far.

Really good app. We've been using this to gather post purchase survey results and also upsell and cross sell our products. We've now added this to our Checkout process (Shopify Plus) to help increase order value.

We ran into a couple of issues with setup (user error!), and Ashley was immediately available to support with the set up and troubleshooting. He was extremely polite and helpful and was able to get our set up completed within half an hour. Looking forward to seeing the results in the coming weeks!

If you do find something that ReConvert can't do, then it's because Shopify doesn't enable it. This app makes the most of the functionality available to it, and it's first out of the gates when it comes to implementing new features in accordance with Shopify's terms. Better still, the customer support team are excellent – not only quick and responsive, but genuinely keen to understand how to help us increase our LTV.
