We needed to change if we charged shipping to our subscribers and not only did he make that possible he was able to go back and remove any charges for shipping to existing customers. Customer service so helpful regarding plan not carrying over to new theme version. Very quick to make the correction, and explaining how to keep it from happening again. Don't lose customer by making the same mistake reinstall the app on the new version.
