Recurpay: Subscriptions app

I just installed it and the reason because I am already giving them 5 stars is because customer service was AMAZING they made the entire process super easy and the price is great!!

So far, so good! Love that customers can edit their frequency, move up their date of shipment, and add products easily. Customer support is stellar.

Easy to use, clean layout. Even if you can't figure out somethings, the tech support will be there to help you resolve your issue right away.

First I thought all these Reviews are fake or exaggerated but I've definitly changed my mind.
This is BY FAR THE BEST APP I've ever tried, not just in Shopify. The tutorial is not annoying like other but helpful, warm, welcoming and short.
The support by Sinchain is 10/10 it really couldn't be better. Most of the time they answer WITHIN SECONDS and if you have to "wait", it's more like a minute or two.
They are not annoyed if you ask anything but they are very open to questions and very helpful even if you continue asking questions.
Thanks to the great team behind this whole app and keep up the good work!

I'm setting up my new Shopify store now with membership options facilitated by Recurpay.
I must say it's such a straightforward app. So easy to use but incredibly feature packed.
Then I stumbled across an issue I couldn't work out. So I hit up the live chat and spoke to Sinchain. My issue was sorted in literally less than a few minutes without me doing anything.
Genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. You've got a customer for life now and I hope my business takes off so we both succeed

Sinchain is the best! Quick replies, fast work and always able to make the edits we need. We needed to change if we charged shipping to our subscribers and not only did he make that possible he was able to go back and remove any charges for shipping to existing customers. He's simply the best. Just not enough words to say how happy we are with this app and Sinchain.

I cannot say enough about Recurpay and their customer service. I recieved help today from Sinchain. He was knowledable, fun and able to help me add a new discount code and subscription to my store.
