The app is excellent, the support team is excellent. I strongly recommend it.
Best app for subscriptions! Especially for Dutch merchants, because of the integration with Mollie. The tech support has been absolutely great and so supportive!! Definitely recommend this one, no doubt about it! :)

I just started using Recurpay and am overly impressed. Simple navigation and WONDERFUL customer service. I also love the price point of this app. Excited to continue to learn more and offer seamless subscriptions to my customers.
Amazing! I had spent hours upon hours banking my head against the wall trying various apps to meet my need of having a bundle capability and a subscription capability. All fell short on so many levels. I figured I was just going to have to get separate apps since the combo ones were not working. I came across Recurpay, and I loved the simplicity of the set up. After trying over 6 different apps, this one was a breath of fresh air. I had an initial issue of Recurpay not recognizing the bundle products that were created with my new bundle app I decided to go with. At that point I thought I hit another brick wall.
I contacted their live chat customer service and I was helped within minutes. I discussed the issue of the bundle not showing, and my customer service rep was able to get the matter resolved immediately. It was like magic. If I could give this company 100 stars I would. From live chat to immediate assistance to fast resolve, yeah, this company is world class!!!
Incredibly helpful customer service. I had a complicated problem and Sinchain who was helping me went out of his way to spend hours researching other compatible shopify apps that would help me set up my store just as I wanted.
Fast response times too, you know they genuine care about customers. I'd highly recommend.
So far it's been great, the setting up has been really straight forward with help from the customer support. I'm looking forward to using it live.

We switched from Recharge to Recurpay a couple weeks ago. So far everything is working as expected. We had some hiccups in the transfer due to issues on the Recharge side, but Recurpay did a great job of handling everything. The chat support is fantastic. They reply promptly and the agents either know the answers or can get them very quickly.
I'm giving 4 stars because I would like the ability to sort subscriptions by next order date, as this helps us with planning.
It's also is a challenge that we can't update payment information or create new orders and enter payment manually within Recurpay as we could in Recharge. I understand this is because of how payments are processed, but it does create a roadblock for us when helping our customers.
All in all, it's much better and cleaner than Recharge as it doesn't create duplicate listings and, so far, it always functions as intended without a bunch of random glitches.
All because of their customer care. I have never had chat sessions that were so helpful. Sinchain was amazing and so informative during my onboarding! I had every question answered in minutes in extremely easy-to-understand directions. I'm super impressed and look forward to working with Sinchain and Recurpay toward a successful endeavor! Thank you Sinchain!
