Recurpay: Subscriptions app

"It is really the service that makes a business shine." - I got that quote from somewhere, and indeed Recurpay lives up to that ideal. I am new to Shopify and installed this app to test my workflow and viola - it worked pretty well. Down the line, I had a few questions and needed help resolving a snag. I tried their chat and to my surprise 'Sinchain' jumped on the issue and fixed it in real time. Then, their friendly "Is there anything else I can do for you?" just sold me completely. It is great to know there are friendly people backing up a good resource. Keep it going guys, shine even more.

Very good customer service!! Insane response speeds, able to help in many different ways. Will continue to use this subscription service and think it is the perfect one for starting on Shopify/Growing brands. Other subscription services seem overpriced if you are starting out. 5/5 so far - they will help you solve almost any issue.

Sinchain is SUPER. He has been helping me with my changes all over without any complaint, and I have asked for a LOT. This app is great, and I do needed something super unique and I found it with Recharge, moreover this would not be possible if not for SINCHAIN and his help. Excellent friendly customer service. I set this up in less than an hour, but noticed some inconsistencies with how it displayed on my theme. I had a response from customer service within minutes, and the issues resolved within the hour!

Initial set up was quick and easy and the chat helped quickly if I had questions. My onboarding meeting was very beneficial and informative. Should be a great add to my business!

Really enjoy the option to have subscriptions for my products, especially useful for those who need a recurring supply. The support is very quick to respond and aid with customization as well.
I enjoy that it will alert you to "Update" subscriptions should a product change with a previous subscription attached to it.
