Their Customer Success is very responsive and kind. They actually take into consideration your feedback and build features that make the product better. There are still some things about Recurpay that need to change in order for them to be the only solution for our business, but I believe that they will become that solution. I recommend.

Excellent service from Sinchain, went above and beyond to fix an issue we had and resolved it in a very timely manner. The App has workarounds and flexibility which I didn't at first realise, so it's turned out to be perfect for our needs and very reasonably priced versus the other subscription apps out there. I am new to Shopify and installed this app to test my workflow and viola - it worked pretty well. Down the line, I had a few questions and needed help resolving a snag. I tried their chat and to my surprise 'Sinchain' jumped on the issue and fixed it in real time. Then, their friendly "Is there anything else I can do for you?" just sold me completely. It is great to know there are friendly people backing up a good resource. Keep it going guys, shine even more.
