The app is a great way to easily manage our memberships. Although we still encounter some hiccups, the support team is quick to assist and resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Didnt work and they asked for my IP address sneakily which is dangerous. Very dodgy do not use

Excellent customer service
The team was very efficient on an install request for the new instance on our relaunched website. Communication was easy and responsive and we resolved the issue within 24 hours. Thank you!

They also dont mind adding custom stuff for you every now and then.

Awesome support from the team. They were very quick to respond to my support ticket, easy to work with, and had my setup issues resolved within the week. Great app, a real life saver as I needed recurring payments and membership capability for my website.
