So far, I am loving this app! I am using it for collecting donations actually. I feel this app fits my needs better than any other donation app. It has a very professional look and feel and the support team at Bold has been there every step of the way.

While the app ultimately did not work out for the system we were trying to build - a digital magazine that delivers issues to paid members seamlessly - the customer service (Bhumi specifically) was absolutely amazing. I am currently implementing this app and so far it looks promising. The support is just awesome, Challi helped me with the doubts I had and was really helpful to solve the issues I had. I strongly recommend to give it a try.

Expectations not met. After being passed around like a trash that not one person wants to deal with we have got no further with this company. It has been over 10 days and we haven't had any progress. Dealing with a new person on every email we reply to is just ridiculous. This company should not have so many apps but just focus on doing one thing well. I worked on it for 3 days. LiveChat was able to assist & received quality assistance from Rahul. He assisted me on with my website and ensuring that my membership program was available to consumers. Rahul spent about 2 hours working with me and it was very much appreciated. Thank you, Rahul!

I've had some real problems getting the welcome emails to go out to new members but have just spoken to Pratiba on chat and she was so helpful! If they can get this sorted I would highly recommend the app.
