Fantastic app. Easy to use but so powerful with a great price. Exactly what I was looking for. Bold commerce apps are all great. Nice customer service :) very fast support.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Absolutely nothing worked after they installed the app. When contacting support, I would only receive links to videos and articles (which I had already watched & read). I called twice, you don’t reach anyone but are told to leave a message. I have not been called back once. I have two open tickets on my issues...no help. I’m uninstalling and going tonfind a different app. So frustrating!

So far, I am loving this app! I am using it for collecting donations actually. I feel this app fits my needs better than any other donation app. It has a very professional look and feel and the support team at Bold has been there every step of the way.

While the app ultimately did not work out for the system we were trying to build - a digital magazine that delivers issues to paid members seamlessly - the customer service (Bhumi specifically) was absolutely amazing. We worked with them for about two weeks. They did code updates, walked us through explaining what was happening, and more. The company has solid apps that work for various business types, and amazing customer service. We tried to make it work for us, but had to move on, but still really appreciated their effort.

I am currently implementing this app and so far it looks promising. The support is just awesome, Challi helped me with the doubts I had and was really helpful to solve the issues I had. I strongly recommend to give it a try.

Expectations not met. After being passed around like a trash that not one person wants to deal with we have got no further with this company. It has been over 10 days and we haven't had any progress. Dealing with a new person on every email we reply to is just ridiculous. This company should not have so many apps but just focus on doing one thing well. All it would take would be one person just to spend some time with us so we can resolve our issues. Little faith in working together long term.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible app, terrible support, they have made a mess of my store and cost me so much $. Their "developers" are clowns and their customer support is a joke they will only tell you pre-scripted answers. DO NOT USE ANY APP FROM BOLD. The apps will never work and when they don't they will just blame it on your theme, other apps, the weather, or any other random stupid excuse they can think of

Customer service was great and addressed my concern in a reasonable amount of time. The apps are great.
