Bold Memberships does all that we want it to and more! Hamza and Esha were able to troubleshoot any issues we had with the set up. We are up and running now after their great work. Would recommend!

READ BEFORE INSTALLING - Information is power. If you value the time and energy put into your membership program look for another app. We've had a crippling tech issue with Bold Membership for over a week with no resolution or communication to update the status. I have to be honest this app needs serious upgrades. An autoresponse email and new notification would be great additions that are lacking. It also gets expensive quickly as you grow your audience. I can't justify the expense as the app is not a fully functional member manager.

We're using this app as we move some product to retail only but want to continue offering it to loyal customers. Bold Support like Chintan was really helpful getting it set up for us!

I noticed some styling bugs and decided to reach out to Bold via live chat. Never do that. You’ll get a bot to tell you to hold on. You’ll wait forever and the bot will return and ask you to hold on again. After the bot I decided email bold. Just started using this app, Nir and Harpreet were very helpful in helping me set up the shop and adding pages to help me understand how to use the memberships app. I Definitely recommend getting the app and talking to these two as they are very nice and patient.
