We had a conflict with one of Shopify's themes and the Casa plugin. Turns out it was an issue with the theme code and not with Casa at all. Their customer support still helped me sort out the issue, and even edited my theme code to make it work. They went above and beyond.
Acabo de instalar la aplicación y no habia terminado que ya servicio al cliente se esta comunicando conmigo por chat y whatapp...me surgio un problema y rapidito me envio un video para yo ver como solucionarlo. Customer support very helpfully assisted the set up of my first subscription.
My experience with it thus far has been very positive. My biggest heads up is if you change themes you'll need to go back in and reactivate it, even if it was working in previous themes.
Customer Support has also been very friendly and helpful resolving any issues that I have had.
