Sam and the other support has been great with helping me migrate to Casa from charge rabbit. im glad I was able to have them help me continue to run my business smoothly. if you need a subscription app Casa is the way to go

Casa Subscriptions has been amazing for our store and was very intuitive and simple to set up while having a complex and rich feature set!

I had an issue and their support team came in and completely fixed the problem for me. I've been so impressed with this app so far and look forward to expanding with it moving forward :)

Recently, I started working with the Casa Subscription App, and, oh my, am I impressed. They actually came to me and said they could make a design widget that was custom for my store, and it looks absolutely great.

Intuitive application, but most of all, second-to-none support: they listened to me to make sure the widget matched my brand, and their responsiveness made all interactions with them a breeze.

Because of Casa, my store now has that special something extra that elevates the general customer experience. I highly recommend trying the Casa Subscription App for those who wish to give an exceptional design touch to their Shopify store!

Got connected with Bobby today and we had an extremely long chat on how to setup this whole shindig. It took me awhile to understand it, but he assisted me with asking for screenshots every-time i make a change. Well one thing for sure.. things worked out great. I appreciate the assistance and the wonderful support by Casa's team! Thank You.. this app, get it.. Its great!

Excellent Service and Easy Experience!

Just downloaded Casa. Very intuitive. And as soon as I had a problem and got on their chat Uday was immediately on the chat to help me. Sent me a video tutorial and even got on a call to help me live!

It's basic but you can get create nice subscription for your products and customer service was great, Bobby the agent helped me!

Not relaibale, one month skipped all subscriptions and then had 2 subscriptons ( March and April) in one month, which upset all my customers. Also it carries on even after the subscription has ended, which also made my customers very annoyed.
I emailed customer service and they kept putting me to different people and NO one resolved the issues or got back to me!
So not happy at all.
Messaged after I left a review to explain, and I understand there can be bugs, but I lost the trust of my customers which is VITAL to me.
