My experience with it thus far has been very positive. My biggest heads up is if you change themes you'll need to go back in and reactivate it, even if it was working in previous themes.

Customer Support has also been very friendly and helpful resolving any issues that I have had.

Tried a few different subscription apps and this one was the best and easiest to use and install by far! They had great support and jumped on a call to help me straight away also. Definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service, especially with the initial setup.
There were a couple of minor issues with variants (fixed within a short time by their developer), and with incompatibility with our purchased theme (workaround - put the T&C's and description into a product metafile).
Looking forward to giving our customers what they have been asking for - a wine club where they get to choose what they have delivered and how often. Since the app is new for me, it's too early to comment on the final functioning of the app, however I'm sure they will continue their amazing customer support.

I was half way through installing this app when their team member reached out to me and it was a pleasant surprise. She then came on an online call to help with the installation and did the handholding throughout the process. Amazing support and the plugin works seamlessly with shopify to sell monthly subscription for my site. Very happy with the outcome and delighted that its free.

Found this app today and had some issue not understanding how to set up so I reached out to support who where on the chat very fast. They came on right away and made sure that the app was doing what I need. I highly would say this is the app to try out!!

I was having some trouble setting up a subscription service for my online store (completely user error). I jumped on the support chat and was taken care of right away. The tech was very helpful and I would absolutely recommend giving Casa subscriptions a try first.
