We've been working with Redo for awhile now. We just switched to their shipping platform and couldn't be happier. Dallin was able to help solve a serious issue for us quickly and professionally.
I had an issue with fake account purchasing labels only to do chargebacks (scams), I was pretty stressed out on how to fix this issue as I was getting 20 at a time. I messaged Redo's customer service and Will spent a few hours working with me to not only fix the issue on my shop, but to get me a refund for the charge back fees. Every time I've had an issue, Redo's customer service has been great. Love working with this app and the support they give when something goes wrong.
You know when you've had a bunch of subpar programs smashed together that worked, but needed constant attention and chunks of tape, bubble gum and weird paste to stay working?
I'm happy to say, that isn't Redo. They have made our operations so much better and I'm grateful. Their entire team is an example of customer service done right, and their products are slick, constantly growing and improving.
