Absolutely love the features this application has to offer! However, something that stood out to us the most is their customer service! We scheduled a zoom meeting with their tech (Gurkirat Singh) who was able to help within minutes! We in the family run 3 businesses and all use this application, Gurkirat was able to answer the questions of all 3 businesses in my family! After the zoom meeting was done, we had additional questions and Gurkirat answered them on the live chat feature! Absolutely love supporting a company that delivers real customer service to their customers rather than ai or automated help lines!
