Char is wonderful to work with! She responds very fast and she's eager to make the set-up process seamless, so far, she's been super helpful. We almost installed the Talkable instead, I'm glad we chose Conjured, what a gem.

I only have positives to offer so far. We're still fine tuning before our launch, but in the process we've asked for a lot of tweaks to this app to suit our style, and the response has been perfect. Quick and clear communication, 100% friendly and helpful with suggestions. I only wish Shopify itself could be so customer service oriented. Well done!

Amazing customer service! Char would respond within the day to all Qs and we had a lot of back and forth due to customization which was all free. Really appreciate the prompt responses and the step by step instructions too for me to do my own code changes, although Char also offered to do them himself! Very happy so far with this app and am excited to see the results. Think the base price is worth the value compared to a lot of other plans I researched. I would def recommend this app to other shops to use!

Out of all the referral apps, I chose to use Conjured because it had the feature I needed most. Namely, that only when a friend makes a purchase, does the referrer get rewarded. That way, I am not giving away discounts unless seeing actual sales.

Conjured Referrals is a simple app that does everything you need a referral app to do. I found the setup to be really simple to do, plus it has tons of room for customization (you can either customize the CSS or custom-code everything yourself). Char is also really helpful and gets back to you within hours every time whenever you have a question.

I installed this app for referral marketing, and it's perfect. Clean, straightforward, easy to use, and their support and free customization is awesome. They were able to turn around a custom referral page in two days! Highly recommend to anyone with an eCommerce business.

The app does what it says. Everything is very clear and pretty straight forward. Of course, there will be always a few things that you are not so happy with, but they will be there to help you and support you in the best way they can. All the questions I have had and certain types of personalizations I asked for, were all clarified and supported by them. Plus, they are improving their app all the time, so if there's anything you would like to have in your app, they will, for sure, find a way to add it to the near future.
