Really clunky UI, editing designs for the widgets are very restrictive without using CSS.
Couldn't preview email notifications without changing the store email, which might be suitable for very small brands but quite a large inconvenience for us.

Without warning the app stopped working. Ive been trying to get ahold of customer service for a week but they are very slow. They keep closing my customer support tickets without resolving or answering my questions.
