I've found the app to be intuitive and easy to set up. I was able to email all past customers to invite them to our new referral program. Derek Benito was very helpful in reviewing our set up and suggesting optimizations.

Incredibly helpful and FAST customer service, Ines was very patient and kind and helped me with an resolved several requests - would highly recommend this app!

I like that I was assigned a dedicated customer service rep, Jelson, who has very courteously answered my many questions and helped with any issues I've encountered. Customer service is excellent! Just one cautionary note - there is currently no notification of failed (unclaimed) reward payments, but hopefully they will add this feature soon.
