Very easy to set up and includes all needed functionality for us.

Only one small issue — post-purchase popup widget doesn’t work with Shopify.

Update: Referral Candy has resolved my issue and I am happy with the outcome.

Original Review: Extremely inconsiderate customer service. Stuck paying for a useless app. I will NEVER recommend Referral Candy to anyone. Try Friend Buy instead because their service is top notch.

I would love to be able to create my own referral code to use with influencers, but JC helped me understand how to make my idea work for now! I have enjoyed this app, and so have the customers! Response time was quick!

I had some issues getting it all set up correctly and Karen patiently guided me through and made helpful suggestions I had not considered. Apparently great customer service isn't dead. Who knew?

Integration with Klaviyo was a little confusing at the start and not well explained, but Derek was very helpful over a call and explained everything much more clearly to us and made sure everything was running smoothly.
