So far the app seems to fit my need. Got Derek to help me tweek it at the beginning. In the early stage at the moment, but so far so good

So far, I've had a great experience with Referral Candy. It was easy to set up and the platform has helped my customers to spread the word about our brand. These referrals have led to thousands of dollars in additional revenue at a minimal acquisition cost.

Customer service has been helpful when needed. Jon was very quick to respond to a question I had and he actually followed up to ensure that everything was still find a few days after the fact!

For the right business, Referral Candy can be a game changer.

Have been using Referral Candy for a few months now and the program has been great. I needed some help setting up referrals for subscribers through Recharge so Benz and Derek provided great help walking me through it and checking all our settings to make sure we are getting the most out of the program!

Integration with Klaviyo was a little confusing at the start and not well explained, but Derek was very helpful over a call and explained everything much more clearly to us and made sure everything was running smoothly.

While we had some issues with the platform itself, the support team at Referral Candy (specifically Karen and Bryan) were extremely responsive and helpful in resolving them. So, the support team gets 5-stars.

I used this app back in the day but just restarted it. Had a problem restarting it but contacted their support desk and got an email immediately back. Jon responded to me quickly and reassured me that all was good. What great customer service! I hope this app brings in more sales. Will write another review once I see some action.
