Support was more interested in getting me to write a review than solving my issues. Sending the standard request about 4 times while I still had many questions.
Now while I didn't leave a review for the 4 times mentioning I would like the app WORKING first, they don't seem to respond for days on end and skip over questions that are in an email, very annoying

Great integration with Shopify. Customer service (John D) was very helpful in answering all of my questions. He stayed on with me until everything was resolved and even suggested how I can get back in touch with him if anything else came up. Great job!
I just spoke with Karen in Customer Service and she is very helpful! The app is easy to use and definitely beneficial.
Tippy was absolutely wonderful and fantastic... and kind and compassionate. I needed to quickly set things up and was walked through in a very clear and reassuring way. I am excited to start using the app, Tippy made all kinds of potential uses clear to me that I didn't know we could use.

It's really good service! I had a problem and went to ask them very late. Got back to me quickly and have been helping me with my problem. I think they are 24 hour customer service.
