Great help from Tippy, getting my account logins sorted out, after we created several new ones, for our international stores.
So far I'm on the trial version but everything seems to be working great and the customer service is amazing, they're very quick in their replies and very thorough with their help. I had the pleasure to talk to JC who answered all my questions in the utmost detail and provided me with the help that I needed.
Customer satisfation is our utmost priority, and thank you so much for appreciating it and posting a feedback. :)

The support team is great and quick to respond! Karen was a huge help in answering my questions, and then she went above and beyond by making suggestions to improve our referral program. Very thankful for Derek for his help setting this up! The process was a bit confusing as there were many steps, but Derek was very responsive and answered all of our many questions. Would not have been able to set this up without him! Excited to see how it goes once we fully launch the program.

Support has been great as we get ourselves up and running. The app works well and so far we have not had any issues getting our advocates paid.
