I'm very satisfied with the customer support! They replied very quickly and you can continue to set up the system in a short time! Nice service and friendly platform :)
Excellent client service, thank you Tom K. !!! However, some of the features are not translated into French (ex: the widget) which makes it incomplete to use in French language :(:( It would be great if this could be taken into account and improved.
Needed help with support to get things started but their support team was great - very helpful and responded quickly.

I'm still working on launching our referral program, but so far the support from JC and Lorraine on the RC team has been very helpful! Happy with the app and support so far.
Referral Candy is great. We just start using it, but it has basically everything we need. The only thing is that the referral widget (the little gift icon) is a bit too small to notice. We really love the landing page (embedded widget) and it can be added to our navigation to increase impressions. Customer support is super helpful & responsive. Thanks Benz & JC for helping us out!
