Benz has been hugely helpful getting our integration with ReCharge working smoothly - to the extent they've gone and redone aspects of their flow and the associated training material. So good to be able to offer referral discounts on both one-off and subscription products! Thanks!

Although I haven't used the app yet, so far the installation and set-up were straightforward and easy. Derek from customer service quickly responded to my queries and walked me through the platform once it was installed. When I had a question he couldn't answer, he made sure to find out the information for me immediately after our call. I am hopeful that this app will be a great fit for our store.

So happy with the customer service provided by Referral Candy. I contacted them by LiveChat and Mardie replied to my message in seconds. She was so kind and helpful. This is so important for any service you provide: how fast and efficient you reply back to your customers' concerns. Thank you so much again, Mardie, YOU ROCK! got very promptly support from Lorraine to get my campaign up and running. UI is easy to use and setup time was very minimal.

Convenient because you can customize the settings.
Furthermore, the support system is also substantial.
They will respond quickly and politely to your questions.

It does a great job! The interface isn't always the most intuitive because the labelling isn't clear. But the customer service is prompt and helpful!
