I just setup the Referral Candy app today. I struggled for the first couple days with it because of a change that they made to their templating that seems to reduce user drag and drop customization ability. I've been banging my head off the wall until a support employee named Derek came to the rescue. He installed an older template structure that made working in the system really easy. I accomplished more in the first 30 minutes after Derek's help, then in the prior 2 days. Looking forward to seeing the system in action. Really appreciate the help Derek!

Good app and great customer support. Would like more features such as SMS integration and better themes but it works very effectively. A big shout out to Jon Dolor for his customer service and attentiveness along with Derek on live chat for being so responsive and helpful!

Cannot tell yet about the power of Referral Candy, but the support is great. Derek was very helpful solving a complicated integration issue with Klaviyo.
I was able to to do the setup by myself and did not need any IT support. Yet I asked for a call with the Referral Team to discuss ways to optimization. JC got on a call for me and we went through our Dashboard together. He gave me some concrete tipps on how to get more out of the Referral Candy software. He also included all topics in a summary mail he sent afterwards. On top of that he was available in the chat the whole day while working on the discussed topics. Thanks from Munich! Daniela
