We're just getting started with ReferralCandy, but so far it's been good. Customer service from Mardie has been excellent.

Fantastic product, very flexible and referral candy provide really good support for users. Can't fault them.

When the setting was not right, customer service contacted us to let us know to correct the settings. Quick response on email. I am delighted to use this app.

Had some trouble getting this app going at the start. Cris went out of his way to help get this set up. He was very responsive and consistently helpful for the full week when we were setting this app. The app is great as well - lot of room for customisation

It took some time and research to get oriented with the platform, but once you are there it is pretty straight forward. I was nervous at first, since this is our first referral program and we already have thousands of customers. Got great help from JC at Referral Candy, who assisted with setup to make sure I was comfortable before launching our first campaign. Very excited about RC :)
