Katherine did a phenomenal job helping me today. I used the Referral Candy chat feature to get in touch with someone and within minutes, Katherine was able to solve my problem and suggest a hugely helpful tip to increase our company's exposure on social media. Super helpful and very attentive. Highly recommend!

Karen, contrary to the meme of the name these days, was a great person to work with and answered multiple questions for our company and help us to get back on track quickly. 10/10 would recommend.

Tippy has now assisted me multiple times (both with billing questions and advice on upping exposure to our referral program). Very responsive and patient -- I appreciate the attentiveness and personal touch.

Was so stressed after i installed the app not knowing what my next steps were.. Tippy from Referral candy got in touch with me and guided me through the entire process.. after the call it was a piece of candy to complete the setup....

Great customer service- We were wondering how to add custom image to the Social media settings... Karen from Referral candy connected immediately to guide us through... Upload the image through tiny-pic URL and copy and paste the Image URL

Had a little bit of a bumpy start, but Tippy and the customer support team eventually helped us iron them out and get started. Referral Candy has been a wonderful way to automate WOM marketing, bringing us the highest value customers. Highly recommended.
