Had some trouble getting this app going at the start. Cris went out of his way to help get this set up. He was very responsive and consistently helpful for the full week when we were setting this app. The app is great as well - lot of room for customisation

This is a predatory and unethical app. Referral Candy makes it virtually impossible to delete or downgrade the app. This should not be in the Shopify app store until Referral Candy changes their behavior.

Hey Patrick, your account manager Derek tried to reach out to you several times, but did not hear back.

It looks like you tried to downgrade ReferralCandy, but this is not possible as we only have one pricing option.

It took some time and research to get oriented with the platform, but once you are there it is pretty straight forward. I was nervous at first, since this is our first referral program and we already have thousands of customers. Got great help from JC at Referral Candy, who assisted with setup to make sure I was comfortable before launching our first campaign. Very excited about RC :)

Just signed up for this app. Customer service was awesome- the next available timeslot was next week but Derek Benito made time for us this week so we could launch our campaign ASAP. Thanks again so much Derek!

These guys have excellent customer service! I've only just started my trial and so far so good. Would definitely recommend this app. App is straightforward and easy to navigate. Awesome app guys!

I'm using Referral Candy with Bold Subscriptions. It took a bit to get used to during the setup, but the customer support were attentive and helped me with all the integrations I needed setting up. Thanks Tom for your great work!
